Your questions
about our fire safety services
-
What fire equipment and installations can you inspect? We inspect all fire equipment and installations on site, including automatic fire detection systems, fire pumps, evacuation routes, fire-fighting systems, smoke detectors, sprinklers, etc.
-
How can you help me comply with local fire safety regulations?Fire safety is not only a major human and material issue, but also a complex regulatory one. Legal requirements depend on the country and the building concerned, and vary according to the use to which it will be put. Regulations often require preventive maintenance and regular checks at specific intervals. Our Apave teams in the Middle East are fully aware of all the local regulations in force in your country, specific to your sector of activity and the type of building concerned. Our experts will validate compliance with local regulations throughout your fire safety system, and inform you of any corrective action required.
-
When should I carry out a fire safety inspection? We encourage you to carry out a fire inspection as early as the project design phase. This is the best way of anticipating the slightest flaw in the fire protection system as early as possible, and making the necessary adjustments as early as the pre-project phase. After this initial inspection, you are advised to schedule periodic inspections during construction, and then on a regular basis throughout the building's lifecycle, depending on the frequency required by local regulations for your structure (ERP, high-rise or very high-rise building, healthcare establishment, industrial site...).
