In-Depth Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification

  • Thorough EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, and Security) hazard analysis.
  • In-depth review of potential hazards stemming from both daily operations and maintenance procedures, as well as the critical element of human factors.
  • Assessment of the potential impact of various external events.
  • Systematically identifying critical equipment and systems.
  • Evaluation of potential failure points within the existing plant control systems, paying close attention to human-machine interfaces.
  • Analysis of various hazardous substance release scenarios, including those originating from transient events.
  • Comprehensive fire hazard assessment, looking at specific risks such as those associated with long bolt flange joints in critical piping and the potential for oxidation self-heating in combustible materials.
Detailed Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) to identify and assess potential dust combustion and explosion scenarios.
  • Precise definition of essential safe operating limits and critical process parameters.
